Refund Policy

Ticket holders may change a performance date or seating, but changes must be made prior to the day of the performance.

We cannot refund or exchange unused tickets.

In the event a performance is cancelled, a Credit for the price of the ticket(s) booked for that date(minus the $2.50 non‑refundable handling fee for online purchases) will be issued to your account.  You will be contacted directly by the Box Office and will then have the option of obtaining a refund back to your Credit Card, or turning the ticket purchase into a tax receiptable donation to ITOPA, or having a Credit remain on your account with ITOPA (in the form of a Gift Certificate) for future ticket purchases.

In the event you are unable to attend a performance, and wish a Credit toward a future show, you must contact the Box Office by email at or by telephone at 519-485-3070, no later than 24 hours before the performance time.  Tickets are non-refundable, however, may be exchanged for another performance date, or a Credit may be applied to your account (in the form of a Gift Certificate) for future ticket purchases, at the discretion of the Box Office Coordinator.
